Among projects that he has designed are included: planning of Highway 431 in Modi’in from the Anabe Interchange to Hahashmonaim Street, planning of the Modi’in Central Business District, planning of the Modi’in Employment Zone, planning of the road network at Kiryat Leum in Jerusalem, planning of the Ganei Ad Cemetery in the old Baraket quarries and the planning of logistical centers at Airport City.

Completed studies at the Technion Institute of Technology in 1971, where he began his professional work as an engineer at the Civil Engineering & Surveys Co., where he was engaged for a period of about seven years in the design of projects in Israel and thereafter joined the DEL Group.

Senior Partner and Chairman of the Board. Graduate of the Technion Israel Institute of Technology with a B. Sc. in Civil Engineering in 1973 and a Masters in Transportation Engineering in 1990. Completed 20 years of regular army service in the Engineering Corps of the Israel Air Force Construction Unit in the fields of management, organization, development, planning and project coordination. Final position – Head of the IAF Construction Department with the rank of Colonel.
Experienced in the management of large teams of engineers and professional workers, acquaintance with and contact with most of the governmental and public bodies operating in the construction field in Israel.
With his retirement from the IDF in 1993, joined the DELGroup and was appointed CEO of HPT, Ltd., which is engaged in the development of infrastructure for industrial zones on behalf of the Ministry of Trade & Industry and in the management of design works, marketing and development of infrastructure for various projects on behalf of the Israel Land Administration. Has been serving since 2008 as the principal lead in a project developing transportation infrastructure in the minority and other sectors on behalf of the Ministry of Transport & Road Safety.

Partner and Team Leader in the DEL Group. He graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technion. Eitan joined DEL after completing his studies and has since specialized in early and detailed physical and traffic planning for urban and interurban roads, as well as rail planning.
Amongst other projects, Eitan is involved in detailed planning and implementation of Highway 20 in the section between Herzliya and Shmaryahu East, the Blue Line (light rail) in Jerusalem, separators along Highway 65-Wadi Ara, Route 1 in the section between Hemed Interchange and the entrance to Jerusalem, Highway 16 in the section connecting the Motza Interchange and Begin Street in Jerusalem, including the planning of three interchanges and 3km of tunnel sections, planning and supervising Route 200, residential neighborhoods such as the Flower District in Kiryat Gat and Neve Menachem in Beer Sheva.

Joined Del in 2000 and since then has specialized in preliminary and detailed design of municipal rail systems, intercity railways and highway design.
Among projects on which she is working include: design of the Red Line of the Tel Aviv Light Rail Project, the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Mass Transit Master Plan, design of the Timnah-Taba section of the railway line to Eilat, highway and traffic planning at the F Site in Modi’in and the Barak Regiment section of Highway 90.

Formerly served as a Branch Manager for Amy Metom Engineers & Consultants Ltd in Nigeria, which designed 250 kilometers of intercity and municipal highways in the states of Ondo, Als Katsina, Akure and Anambra. In his current role as responsible for a design team, he is engaged in a wide variety of traffic and highway engineering projects such as new neighborhoods (Kiryat Gat, Beit Shemesh, Kiryat Ekron and Gan Yavne), expressways, industrial zones (Intel at Kiryat Gat) and IDF bases
