Partner in the Company and Manager of DEL Engineering. Completed studies at the Technion Institute of Technology in 1971, where he began his professional work as an engineer at the Civil Engineering & Surveys Co., where he was engaged for a period of about seven years in the design of projects in Israel and thereafter joined the DEL Group.
Responsible for the design of a variety of projects such as expressways and interchange systems (Highway 431), large urban neighborhoods (Modi’in, Ramat Beer Sheva), industrial zones, airport projects (Ben Gurion Airport 2000) and railways (the Railway to Eilat and the Ben Gurion-Modi’in railway), light rail and Metro (the Tel Aviv Metro Project and the Jerusalem Light Rail Project).
Specializes in the design and design management of multidisciplinary projects.
